Vice President, Finance Manager, Senior MIS Specialist

The Company is seeking a Senior MIS Analyst to join their team in a critical leadership role within Business Finance, specifically in Management Reporting, Planning, and Analysis (MRPA). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's MIS methodology, governance, analytical capabilities, and performance management frameworks. This includes transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, business growth, productivity improvement, and forecasting activities. The role also involves working closely with a team of MIS professionals to ensure robust data governance, reporting integrity, and continuous enhancement of MIS capabilities through digital innovation and automation. Applicants for this role at the company should have a degree in accounting, banking, finance, or a related quantitative field, with a minimum of 12-15 years' of relevant experience in MIS, business finance, performance management, business analytics, or financial planning and analysis within the banking or financial services industry. Experience in private banking or wealth management is highly preferred. The role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, and experience with enterprise data platforms, visualization tools, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs. The Senior MIS Analyst will also be expected to lead transformation capabilities, drive organization-wide process improvements, and foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, talent development, and delivery excellence.
