The Company is seeking a Technical Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth and delivery of its AI Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery execution across two distinct operating models: the AI Foundation platform squads and the Forward Deploy squad. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience in technical project or program management, including at least 3 years in platform engineering, infrastructure, or AI/ML teams. The Technical Project Manager will be the single point of accountability for delivery, driving sprint and quarterly planning, managing dependencies, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. A deep understanding of agile delivery, technical fluency to earn engineering trust, and a proven track record of managing delivery across multiple squads with different cadences and stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JIRA and delivery tooling, excellent communication skills, and experience in scaling a team. While not mandatory, experience in AI/ML or agentic systems delivery, a background in financial services or regulated industries, and familiarity with OKR frameworks are considered advantageous. The role requires a mindset of being a delivery partner, not a process police, and a working style that is honest, direct, and operationally relentless. The Technical Project Manager should be technically curious, people-aware, and comfortable with ambiguity, as the AI landscape is rapidly evolving.
