Executive Director, Business Intelligence

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Business Intelligence and Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytic and reimbursement expertise to support financial and operational reporting, strategic initiatives, and business ventures. This role involves leading a team that contributes to the strategic planning process, clinical program planning, and business development efforts. The Executive Director will work closely with hospital COOs, clinical and operations directors, and senior management in various financial and operational functions to provide analytic insights and ensure that the business intelligence function aligns with the company's corporate strategy. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration, with a Master's degree preferred, and 7-10 years' of experience in healthcare planning and/or business development, including at least 5 years in healthcare management. The role requires a deep knowledge of strategic and business planning concepts, hospital operations, finance, and experience with market assessment and research techniques. The ideal candidate will have Epic Cogito Certification, experience with regulatory compliance, and a broad understanding of the healthcare environment, policy, technologies, and emerging trends. Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to make effective presentations and lead matrix project teams. The Executive Director will also be responsible for departmental budget administration and must demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and the company's culture of continuous improvement.
