The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Talent + Transformation team, with a focus on change communications. The successful candidate will be a specialist in this field, with a career dedicated to the intersection of change management and strategic communications. The role is pivotal in leading change communications strategies for clients undergoing significant business transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and cultural overhauls. The VP will be responsible for not just advising but also for building and executing comprehensive change communication programs that move employees from awareness to action. This requires a deep understanding of how people process change, the ability to develop compelling change narratives, and expertise in equipping leaders and managers to communicate effectively through change. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' focused experience in change communications, a proven track record in managing complex transformations, and the ability to provide strategic counsel at the C-suite level. The role demands exceptional writing and editing skills, experience in audience analysis, and a strong background in measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus, and certifications or experience in formal change management frameworks.
