Head of Service Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Service Operations to lead a team of up to 40 people and drive the growth of the service business. The successful candidate will be responsible for P&L management, operational efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction. This role requires a leader with a strong emphasis on customer value, talent development, and the ability to build and develop teamwork. The Head of Service Operations will also be tasked with ensuring safety management and cybersecurity standards, managing quality, budget, and delivery dates for service operations, and executing business strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Applicants for the Head of Service Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a Master's degree in Engineering or Business being a plus. A background in sales, particularly in the after-sales service area, is also preferred. The role demands a candidate with a clear vision, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make independent decisions. The Head of Service Operations will be expected to promote the transition to a service business model adapted to digitalization, build an efficient and flexible operational system, and manage costs.
