The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team and play a pivotal role in the organization's financial management and strategic decision-making. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, improving financial visibility, managing risk, and strengthening financial processes. This hands-on leadership position requires a professional with a deep understanding of construction accounting, including job costing, WIP, and percentage-of-completion reporting. The successful candidate will lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, work closely with project managers to enhance project financial performance, and provide the necessary financial insight to support the company's growth. Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include leading the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and cash flow management, as well as monitoring working capital and overall liquidity. The role also involves maintaining relationships with external financial partners and leading the development of the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years' of progressive accounting or financial leadership experience in the construction industry, a strong knowledge of construction financial practices, and a proven track record in financial analysis and strategic recommendations. A hands-on, collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial leaders are essential. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and experience with financial and construction technology systems, particularly those used in the commercial construction environment, is a significant advantage.
