About the Role
Greater Washington D.C. Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking a Head of People & Culture to lead the global people strategy and support the organization's mission of creating a fair and inclusive economy. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise-wide talent, culture, organizational design, total rewards strategy, and people operations. This role requires a leader who can champion an inclusive and high-performing employee experience, while balancing global standards with local market, cultural, and regulatory requirements. The Head of People & Culture will also be tasked with fostering a culture of accountability, equity, and inclusion, and ensuring that the organization's values are reflected in all policies and practices. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR experience, with a strong understanding of global employment practices and cross-cultural leadership. Experience in both nonprofit and complex capital environments is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent development, performance management, and total rewards strategy. They should be adept at system and process innovation, with experience in modernizing HR technology and processes. The role demands a strategic, innovative, and collaborative leader with excellent communication, change management, and conflict resolution skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and the candidate should be a continuous learner, problem solver, and open to feedback.
