Head of General Affairs & Facilities

The Company is in search of a Head of General Affairs and Facilities to lead a transformative agenda in this critical area. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and promoting strategic roadmaps, as well as planning and executing projects aimed at standardization, digitalization, and system implementation within general affairs operations. This role also involves the development of base and real estate strategies, optimization of facility investments, and the construction of operational infrastructure with a focus on security, management, and business continuity. The Head of General Affairs and Facilities will be instrumental in driving sustainability measures, particularly in the areas of power procurement, energy conservation, and renewable energy promotion, and will be expected to manage progress and problem-solving in the context of IPO preparation. Applicants must have a strong background in general affairs, facility management, and project promotion, with a proven track record of driving company-wide initiatives and negotiating with senior management. The role requires a leader who can seamlessly take projects from problem identification to execution, while effectively involving multiple stakeholders. Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in corporate departments of IPO preparation or listed companies, as well as expertise in areas such as real estate strategy, branch restructuring, and global projects. The Head of General Affairs and Facilities will also be responsible for organizational management and human resource development, making this a multifaceted and dynamic leadership position.
