Head of Quality

The Company is seeking a Head of Quality to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional and personnel management of the Quality Management department, with a focus on the application and further development of quality methods, including risk assessment. This role also involves the planning and execution of the audit program, supporting the ISO management system, and maintaining the QMS as a strategic management element. The Head of Quality will be instrumental in identifying and addressing quality problems, developing testing strategies for products, and providing quality-related support for development projects. Applicants for the Head of Quality position at the company should have a technical-mechanical education with higher education, along with further training in quality management or a comparable qualification. A strong background in materials science, particularly with a focus on steel and steel processing, is essential. The role requires practical experience in quality management and assurance of high-quality consumer goods, as well as a solid understanding of quality standards and methods. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be customer-focused, and demonstrate flexibility, team spirit, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improvement. Excellent written and spoken German language skills are also a necessary qualification for this role.
