Chief Executive Officer (CEO), APAC

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's growth strategy in Asia Pacific, with a focus on leading regional expansion, driving strategic initiatives, and building a market-leading platform. This role requires the identification and securing of large-scale commercial opportunities, as well as the maintenance of strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, investors, government authorities, and industry players. The CEO will also be tasked with evaluating market entry opportunities, leading capital deployment projects, and ensuring operational excellence, corporate governance, and financial performance. To excel in this position, the ideal CEO will have a proven track record in a senior leadership role within data center infrastructure, digital infrastructure, cloud computing, or related businesses. Experience in leading and scaling complex, capital-intensive businesses, strong commercial acumen, and a history of successful engagement with boards, investors, and government authorities are essential. The role demands an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong operational capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Asia Pacific business landscape. The CEO will be expected to work closely with the Board and investors to deliver sustainable long-term growth and value creation, and to represent the business as the key executive leader across the region.
