The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide executive leadership for its behavioral health system. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, financial, and clinical management of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment that meets the needs of the patients and the community. This includes full accountability for the facility's performance in key areas such as patient care outcomes, fiscal management, regulatory compliance, and business development. The successful candidate will also be tasked with fostering a culture of patient safety, quality, and operational excellence, as well as leading growth initiatives and expanding access to care. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a BA in a relevant field, with an MBA or MHA preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment. The role requires a proven track record in leading successful licensure, accreditation, and compliance efforts, as well as a strong background in financial management and business development. The CEO will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. The position also involves building and maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders and serving as a visible advocate for mental health and addiction treatment services in the community.
