Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, leading the Human Resources, Finance, Legal & Compliance, and Risk Management departments. This role is pivotal in the development and production of technologically sophisticated solutions for safety-critical and highly available applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, as well as the continuous development of financial structures to ensure transparent and robust management. Additionally, the CFO will manage liquidity, cash flow, financing, and cash pooling, and oversee financial statement preparation, audits, and governance processes. The role also involves supporting investment decisions, M&A activities, and driving the international harmonization of financial processes. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a degree in economics or a comparable qualification, with several years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a CFO or Finance Director. In-depth experience in international industrial or technology companies is essential, along with excellent knowledge of accounting, controlling, consolidation, planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury, financing, and international cash management, and be well-versed in German GAAP (HGB), IFRS, governance, compliance, and German corporate law. International leadership experience and fluency in German and English are required.
