The Company is in search of a Head of Controlling, Financial Planning, and Analysis to play a pivotal role in the strategic development of its financial management capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial planning and analysis, including the development of a future-oriented controlling architecture. This role involves being a key partner to the CFO in various decision-making processes, as well as leading the team in the development and management of forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses. The Head of Controlling will also be instrumental in the further development of topline controlling, particularly with a focus on recurring revenues and net revenue retention, and will oversee the introduction and expansion of modern capex and investment controlling. Applicants for this position should have several years of management experience in controlling or FP&A, with a preference for those who have worked in technology-oriented or investment-intensive business models. The role requires a leader with a strong background in capex planning, performance indicators, and control models, and experience in growth-oriented or private equity-driven structures is advantageous. Proficiency in BI tools, Excel, and modern ERP systems is essential, as is the ability to provide strong analytical insights, and strategic thinking, and to lead a team with a focus on a modern controlling culture. Excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to collaborate persuasively with management and stakeholders are also key attributes for the role.
