Experience in project-based or service-oriented businesses, as well as within private equity or other investor-backed environments, is highly relevant. Key responsibilities for the Interim Group CFO include consolidating financial information across several entities, supporting post-transaction finance and accounting topics, and providing financial insight into project performance and operational KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Interim CFO, Group CFO, or senior finance executive, with a strong background in group consolidation and holding structures. M&A and post-transaction experience are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with local finance teams and manage stakeholders at all levels. The role requires fluency in German and English and the potential for the assignment to evolve into a permanent CFO position.
