Head of Retail

The Company is seeking a Head of Retail to join their team. The successful candidate will be an operational leader with a focus on driving business growth, retail excellence, and vendor expansion. Key responsibilities for this role include partnering with the Senior VP to define business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and expand market presence. The role also involves overseeing daily store operations, P&L management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards across all retail outlets and service centers. The Head of Retail will be responsible for designing and implementing training frameworks, leveraging supplier networks for new product introductions, and leading contract negotiations. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of senior retail operations and merchandising experience within major health, beauty, or FMCG retail chains. Established relationships with local and regional suppliers, brands, and distributors in personal care, supplements, and wellness products are essential. The role requires a proven track record in retail operations, P&L management, frontline staff training, and vendor negotiation. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Cantonese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin being a plus. The position is based in Macau, and the candidate should either be based in Macau or be willing to relocate or commute.
