The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead its people strategy and manage hands-on HR operations for a multi-site, field-based workforce. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, with a role that demands a balance of strategic vision and operational execution. This includes a deep understanding of the unique HR challenges in a direct store-delivery operation across multiple facilities. The CHRO will be responsible for overseeing high-volume recruiting and retention, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field, with a Master’s degree and/or SHRM-SCP / SPHR certification preferred. A minimum of 13 years' progressive HR leadership experience, particularly in a senior or executive capacity, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting an operational, multi-site workforce, with a focus on distribution, logistics, or a similar field-based environment. Familiarity with modern HRIS/payroll platforms, HR analytics, and experience in a non-union environment is also important. The role demands a professional who is equally at ease in the boardroom and on the warehouse floor, capable of leading HR initiatives that directly impact the company's operational success.
