The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating self-performed piping and equipment scopes for complex water and wastewater treatment projects, developing bypass strategies, and pricing for work involving active process systems. This role requires a practical understanding of treatment plant operations, experience in pricing bypass and phased construction, and the ability to work on live/operational systems. The Lead Process Estimator will also be involved in preparing estimates for hard-bid projects, supporting design-build pursuits, and collaborating with various teams to ensure constructability and sequencing challenges are met. Applicants must have a proven track record in both hard-bid and design-build project delivery, as well as a strong understanding of construction sequencing and constructability. The position is hands-on and demands a leader who can manage, mentor, and develop an estimating team, while also contributing to the establishment of best practices.
