The Company is in search of a VP/AVP for its Portfolio Integrated Services team, a pivotal role dedicated to the integrity, quality, and stewardship of enterprise-wide investment data. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining the future roadmap for portfolio data, with a specific emphasis on the Investment Book of Records (IBOR), data analytics, and exposure measures. This position serves as the primary liaison between investment, risk, reporting, and technology teams, ensuring that data remains reliable and suitable for the organization's needs. Key responsibilities for this role include managing end-to-end data operations, owning data quality, partnering with data engineers and business stakeholders to implement data solutions, driving user acceptance testing for data and system changes, and managing relationships with both internal and external data vendors. The ideal candidate will have a degree with 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in total portfolio, data management, or data analytics within the investment or banking sector. Strong stakeholder management skills, familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and data warehouse/data modeling concepts, and experience with SDLC and/or Agile methodologies are essential. A background in economics or finance is preferred, and exposure to MS SQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Informatica is a plus.
