Each revenue stream, and in-particular the “freemium” subscription model, is dependent on a full-funnel marketing approach that attracts new members to join ExecThread for free at the “top of the funnel”, and converts them from “free” to “paid” further down the funnel.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for an ambitious Growth Marketing Associate to own numerous initiatives throughout the full-funnel, with the following responsibilities:
- Enhance and expand current marketing channels, and define-and-test new marketing channels
- Work with team members, external agencies and partners to drive member-growth initiatives
- Elevate member communication across all channels to foster higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Build, measure and report on marketing campaigns executed across organic & paid channels; and continuously refine and optimize these campaigns to drive performance and improve ROI
- Manage and evaluate external agencies and partnerships
- Develop & implement strategies aimed at optimizing existing and new customer conversion rates
- Collaborate with our product and development teams to align marketing efforts seamlessly with product development and enhancements
Qualifications
- Recently obtained, or soon-to-have (i.e., 2nd semester senior) a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- You are passionate about growth marketing and excited to work on various initiatives
- You are a scrappy, independent and proactive worker who is excited to take on a high level of responsibility
- You are a data-driven problem solver; you can understand KPIs used to determine if acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives are successful
This is a paid internship position at first, with the potential to turn into a full-time salaried role after a successful 3-to-4 month internship period.
During the internship, you will be expected to work no less than 20 hours per week. This is a fully remote opportunity.
