Job Description
We’re looking for a Head of Product who wants to work at an agile startup that’s leveraging advanced technology to power a unique service and create a highly monetizable and impactful business. You’ll be working closely with our talented engineering & product team to ensure a premium service for our highly engaged members.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of our current member experience and generate new innovative ideas that will drive growth throughout the company
- Scope, prioritize and execute short and long term projects for ExecThread
- Lead the product roadmap delivery for both internal and external consumption with business and customer feedback to validate the feature releases
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to share with various team members
- Continually re-evaluate product/feature ideas and requirements through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis
Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience working on agile teams
- Experience building and launching multiple successful web products and features
- Strong analytical and quantitative model skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
