With a strong foundation and healthy growth rate in-place we’re looking to bring-on our first Sales Development Representative to work directly with our CEO and interim Chief Growth Officer to grow our supply of jobs and help hiring companies attract high-caliber talent. Responsibilities
- Research, identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Grow top of sales funnel by initiating cold and warm outbound campaigns
- Reach out to prospective clients using various channels such as email, phone and social platforms
- Engage with new prospects to articulate our product’s value proposition
- Handle inbound qualification of leads
- Update key contact information for ongoing B2B marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Eager to prospect and generate sales opportunities
- Confidence to engage with high-level professionals to discuss our value proposition
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Compensation
- Base salary + commission + equity
