When you archive an applicant it let’s us know that you’re either not interested in that particular applicant and don’t think that he/she is a good fit for the role, or it indicates that you’re not yet ready to render a decision on the applicant. If you provide us with the reason why you’re archiving the applicant then this helps us to better target your posting to other more appropriate members thereafter. We do not disclose the feedback (that you share with us as part of the archiving process) with the applicant.
