How do I express interest in a job on ExecThread?

You can express interest directly to the hiring company or recruiter on any posting that you see on ExecThread. There are three types of job postings that you’ll see on ExecThread:

• Jobs where you can see the hiring company’s name before you express interest in it. These are broken down by:
  • Jobs that show the company name upfront, without requiring a point redemption. These are indicated with the “Premium” label.
  • Jobs that cost a point to redeem the company name.
• Confidential jobs, which have a lock icon on them, that allow you to express interest in a role without spending any points, but the company name remains hidden. If you want to learn more about the role, you can express your interest and if the recruiter would like to share more information with you about the role then they’ll get in contact with you.
