Known Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a large or mid-size financial institution required
- 7+ years of credit risk management experience required
- Significant experience developing, implementing & ensuring compliance with lending policies & procedures, as well as managing the lending function of a financial institution preferred
- 5+ years of executive leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
