Functions:
- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- 5+ years experience of exempt level in human resources required
- 3 years experience of payroll & payroll related software required
- Experience of state, federal employment laws & their implications required
- Experience of human resources information system database management required
- Prior experience in independent schools preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Human Resources Certification in Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
- Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development preferred
