Greater Chicago, IL Area (On-site - Headquarter location)
Functions:
- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- 15+ years of human resources experience including time spent as a leader of the function required
- Experience in leading globally dispersed teams & supporting a global, diverse workforce required
- Experience in all disciplines of human resources (HR) including talent management, acquisition, total rewards & culture development preferred
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial or engineering companies preferred
- Prior experience of partnering with business unit & functional leaders across an organization to ensure their talent & human resource needs are met as efficiently as possible preferred
- Prior experience of working in a private equity backed company preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Advanced Degree preferred
- Knowledge of applicable local laws & regulatory requirements in various geographies preferred
- Spanish preferred
