Functions:
- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- 10 years of prior experience in a non profit or large agency setting required
- Prior change management experience required
- Experience of advancing a diversity, equity & inclusion plan or program within an organization that includes many internal & external stakeholders preferred
- Prior experience in the implementation, improvement or leadership of diversity, equity & inclusion programs preferred
- Experience of working with designing, a range of knowledge management, communication & project management tools, processes & policies preferred
- Experience of executing a large scale strategy within a fast paced, multi program, matrixed organization preferred
- Bachelor of Arts(BA) Degree required
- Master Degree of Arts (MA) preferred
