The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and provide leadership in various departments.

Known Requirements:
- 10+ years of responsible professional experience in industries & service sector required
- Experience in finance, accounting, investing, information services & operations preferred
- Prior experience of working with a board preferred
- Undergraduate Degree in Business or Accounting required
- Graduate Degree preferred
- Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
