The Vice President of Talent Management & Inclusion will be responsible for overseeing segments of the Human Resources function pertaining to talent acquisition and the implementation of DEI standards.
Functions:
- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field of study required
- Comprehensive knowledge of current Human Resources systems and technologies required
- 10 years or more of progressive leadership experience within a Human Resources function required
- In-depth awareness of diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace practices and methods of implementation required
