The Associate Vice President for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will be responsible for implementing the institution's DEI initiatives that foster equitable outcomes for students, in addition to promoting inclusion and belonging across various campuses.

- Earned Master’s degree and substantial experience in DEI advocacy and organizational work required
- Demonstrated success in shaping DEI strategic vision and planning processes required
- Solid knowledge of best practices in DEI required
- Excellent communication and analytical skills required
