Vice President Program Executive

The Company is in search of a Vice President Program Executive with a focus on corporate controls to lead the implementation of a digital strategy roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of a performance system that ensures the effective execution of the digital strategy. This role requires visionary leadership in creating and implementing an enterprise solution that promotes transparent decision-making at all levels. The VP will also be tasked with mentoring staff, identifying and resolving issues, and managing program activities to minimize impact on operations and the public. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including executive and senior leadership teams, is essential, as is a commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to standards and regulations. Candidates for the Vice President Program Executive position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's in Business Administration. A minimum of 16 years' related experience, including at least 10 years' in a management or supervisory role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, architecture, construction, or project management, and certifications such as PMP and CCM are preferred. Extensive experience in digital strategy implementation, particularly in capital program organizations, and a proven track record of leading and managing complex construction programs are essential. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. A focus on results, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement, as well as a strong leadership presence as a change agent, are also key competencies for this position.
