Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the organization's financial health and sustainability, overseeing financial planning, compliance, capital and treasury management, and financial operations. This key executive will work closely with the CEO and other leaders to drive strategic initiatives, ensure the accuracy of financial statements, and manage the company's capital structure and financial risks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in senior financial leadership roles. Strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential. As the CFO, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be expected to manage the company's capital structure, optimize capital costs, and allocate capital effectively. In addition, the role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, establishing internal controls, and managing cash flow to support the company's operations and growth objectives. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial leadership, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and have the capacity to build and lead high-performing teams.
