Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team and partner with the General Manager. The role will oversee financial operations, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while providing strategic recommendations to support growth and profitability. The CFO will lead improvements across finance, supply chain, customer service, IT, and administrative processes, strengthening efficiency, resilience, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities also include managing audit, tax, and banking relationships; ensuring compliance and ethical conduct; and overseeing supply chain reliability, IT systems, cybersecurity, and data protection. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; a master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage. At least five years of relevant finance experience, including senior finance leadership in an international or matrix organization, is required. The role calls for experience in team management, transformation, and performance improvement, along with strong analytical, financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as are fluency in Romanian and full professional proficiency in English. A strategic yet hands-on approach, strong ownership, and a responsible interest in applying AI to business are also expected.
