The role also involves representing the company at industry events to enhance its visibility and thought leadership. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development leadership role within the Blockchain or tech sector, a strong network of contacts in the Crypto industry, and a history of successful partnership building. A strategic mindset, excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field, are required. Applicants for the Chief Commercial Officer / Head of Business Development role at the company must be based in Europe and possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA is also considered advantageous. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the Blockchain or tech sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and expanding the business development team, so experience in a sales management or commercial leadership role is essential.
