Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of HR to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for all HR matters across multiple manufacturing facilities in Europe, with a focus on both strategic HR development and day-to-day operational activities. This includes the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives, leading talent initiatives, managing employee relations to ensure compliance with local labor laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role also involves leading organizational change initiatives and managing a HR team across various locations. Applicants for the Head of HR position must have a proven track record in a senior HR leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience in dealing with Works Councils, Unions, and Collective Labor Agreements is essential. The role requires a candidate who can effectively balance strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on tasks, and who possesses strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of labor law, particularly in the European context, is a must, and fluency in both Dutch and English is required. The Head of HR will play a critical role in the future development of the business and must be adept at providing guidance and support during periods of transition.
