Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its mission of creating the largest privately owned network of marine weather sensors and building the first full-stack ocean intelligence platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, providing strategic and operational support to drive the execution of key business initiatives, align cross-functional teams with the company's goals, and contribute to the strategic vision. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, driving key projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, cross-functional leadership, operational efficiency, executive decision support, project management, and will also be involved in fundraising and investor relations. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in operations, business strategy, or a similar role, preferably in a tech startup or high-growth environment. The role requires a seasoned operations leader with a passion for building high-growth companies, capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be a strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven recommendations. Experience in working closely with executives, managing competing priorities, and a deep passion for the ocean and a desire to make an impact are also essential.
