Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations across a multi-entity group. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and shareholders, translating growth ambitions into sound financial plans. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, and reporting; managing budgets, forecasts, cash flow, financing, and working capital; and developing timely management reporting with relevant KPIs. The role also supports strategic initiatives, strengthens internal controls and risk management, leads financial process digitalization, and develops the finance team. Candidates should hold a master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field; an MBA or additional accounting or tax qualification is an advantage. At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, including several years in a senior finance leadership role, is required, along with experience managing multiple entities. Strong knowledge of Belgian accounting, taxation, and corporate law is essential. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, brings strong leadership and communication skills, and is fluent in Dutch and English; French or Italian is an asset.
