Chief of Radiology

The Company is seeking a Chief of Radiology to provide system-wide physician leadership, clinical vision, and performance oversight across radiology services and subspecialties. The Chief will lead clinical strategy, quality, patient safety, professional practice, and physician engagement, while setting clinical standards for employed, contracted, and affiliated clinicians. In partnership with an administrative counterpart, the Chief will share accountability for service-line strategy, performance, growth, access, and integration, with clinical and administrative responsibilities clearly defined. The role also involves collaborating with organizational and medical leadership to advance service-line priorities. Candidates must hold an MD or DO and have completed an accredited diagnostic or interventional radiology residency; subspecialty fellowship training is preferred. They must be board certified or board eligible in radiology and hold, or be eligible to obtain, an unrestricted state medical license. At least eight years of clinical experience in diagnostic and/or interventional radiology and five years of progressive physician leadership experience are required. Experience in radiology operations, imaging service development, quality, workforce planning, or healthcare administration is also expected, with multi-site or enterprise leadership experience preferred.
