Executive Director Greater Atlanta, GA Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a senior living community and oversee its financial, human resources, and operational management. Responsibilities include ensuring resident-care policies are followed, coordinating resident services and contracted healthcare providers, and leading recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, and discipline of team members. The Executive Director will partner with sales staff to implement marketing plans and meet occupancy goals, coordinate community maintenance, and ensure operations comply with applicable regulations and policies. The role also includes managing resources and controlling income and expenses in line with annual budgets. A high school diploma is required; college coursework or a degree is preferred. Relevant administrator credentials or licensure are preferred, and may be required depending on state requirements. Candidates must meet applicable state experience, licensing, or credentialing requirements to lead a senior living community. Experience managing a senior living program or community is preferred, along with at least three to five years of leadership experience.
