Head of FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A to establish and lead a centralized financial planning and analysis function supporting commercial operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term projections, and driver-based financial modeling; overseeing monthly management reporting and variance analysis; and preparing consolidated insights for senior leadership and other stakeholders. The role will also support capital investment and scenario analysis, partner with commercial teams on marketing plans, budgets, pricing, and campaign performance, and develop KPI dashboards. Additional duties include improving reporting automation and data quality, strengthening financial controls, and supporting financing-related reporting. Candidates should bring 8–12 years of finance experience, including at least 4–5 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering within a multi-site organization; healthcare experience is preferred, though other multi-location sectors may be relevant. A strong accounting foundation is required, with a CA, CPA, or CMA qualification preferred, alongside expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, P&L analysis, and cost optimization. Advanced Excel modeling skills are essential, while familiarity with business intelligence tools is an advantage. Applicants should be commercially minded, detail-oriented, and able to influence stakeholders, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Experience in audit or investment-backed businesses is beneficial but not required.
