Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support continued business growth. The role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights to guide business performance and strategic decisions. Responsibilities include leading financial control, VAT, compliance, payroll, and audit, as well as coaching and developing the finance team. The successful candidate will turn financial data into commercial insights, dashboards, and pricing strategies, partner with senior leaders on business opportunities, and improve efficiency through automation and better systems. Candidates must hold a recognized professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, and bring strong technical expertise and commercial awareness. Experience developing dashboards, financial models, or pricing tools to support decision-making is required. Strong systems skills and experience handling multi-currency transactions and high-volume financial data are also important. The ideal candidate will be interested in AI, automation, and continuous improvement, and able to contribute to the ongoing development of the finance function.
