The Company is seeking a Vice President, Equities and Multi Asset Group Structuring Business Manager to support strategy, governance, and controls across its structuring business. Responsibilities include partnering with senior trading, sales, and structuring leaders to deliver strategic initiatives; leading cost optimization and business transformation; and overseeing P&L analysis, expenses, forecasting, and investment planning. The role will develop regulatory and control frameworks, coordinate with compliance, legal, finance, and audit stakeholders, and lead governance forums and senior management reporting. It will also contribute to headcount planning, talent strategy, and employee engagement while assessing risks in business decisions. Candidates should have significant experience in markets business management, structuring, or a related front-office function, with deep knowledge of equity structured products, trade and sales lifecycles, and relevant regulations. The role requires a record of leading complex cross-functional programs, influencing senior stakeholders in global organizations, and turning large data sets into actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise reporting and data platforms, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required. Familiarity with AI tools and coding is beneficial.
