Associate Vice President, Branch Manager Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Branch Manager to lead branch performance, employee development, member experience, and community engagement. The role oversees daily operations and drives service, growth, lending, referral, risk management, and operational excellence goals. Responsibilities include coaching and developing employees, building a leadership pipeline, addressing complex member concerns, monitoring performance data, and improving processes. The Branch Manager will also build community relationships and collaborate across internal teams to deliver organizational priorities and strong member outcomes. Candidates should have demonstrated leadership experience in retail banking, financial services, or a comparable customer-focused environment, including experience developing talent and achieving measurable business results. Strong business acumen, data analysis, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to influence across teams are required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with five or more years of banking or credit union leadership experience. Branch management experience, a record of developing employees into leadership roles, and a Notary Public designation are also preferred.
