The Company is seeking a Vice President, Data Operations Client Solutions Lead to oversee daily operations and support the development, implementation, onboarding, and ongoing delivery of data services for clients. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team focused on data quality, setting delivery expectations, managing priorities and escalations, and improving requirements-gathering processes. The role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape scalable data solutions, connect business goals with data and technology investments, and guide strategic initiatives and project execution. The successful candidate will also oversee client-facing data quality and delivery reporting, contribute to pricing and product policies, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders. Candidates should have 12 or more years of experience in data analysis, operations, or product management, including experience managing individual contributors and a background in financial services. A bachelor’s degree in finance, management information systems, information technology, or a related field is required. Strong data analysis and technical skills are needed, including SQL, data visualization, and business process design; experience with accounting, custody, or performance is valued.
