Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help shape and deliver its growth strategy. Reporting to the Board and partnering with senior leadership, the CFO will lead financial, capital, and investment planning, while advancing acquisitions and partnerships. The role will establish commercial governance to protect margins and oversee finance, legal, risk and compliance, technology, data and AI, and business processes and systems. The CFO will also scale the organization’s operating foundations to support sustainable growth. Candidates should hold a degree and bring at least 15 years of experience, including executive finance leadership in a project-based business. They should have experience developing strategy with executive leaders or a board and leading the financial and investment planning needed to execute it. Corporate development and M&A experience, from opportunity identification through integration, is required, along with leadership of functions beyond finance. The ideal candidate has a record of scaling processes and systems and the commercial judgment to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and the Board.
