Head of Capital & Corporate Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Capital & Corporate Finance to secure and manage funding for its development pipeline while overseeing financial matters across development and construction entities. The role will develop and execute funding strategies, originate and close debt facilities, support project-level equity and joint venture fundraising, and manage cross-border funding arrangements. Responsibilities also include treasury and capital management, financial modelling and feasibility analysis, oversight of project finance operations and statutory compliance, and preparation of board and executive reporting. Candidates should have 12–15 or more years of finance experience, including at least five years focused on corporate finance, fundraising, or treasury. Experience originating and closing property development debt and capital structures in Australia is required; backgrounds in property development, debt advisory, banking, or private credit are advantageous. Strong financial modelling skills and knowledge of cross-border funding rules, Australian tax and reporting frameworks, and construction and development accounting are essential. A CA or CPA qualification and a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline are required; CFA or postgraduate finance qualifications are advantageous.
