Associate Vice President, Life Inforce Solutions Greater Charlotte, NC Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Life Inforce Solutions to provide strategic and operational leadership across life insurance service, claims, contracting, licensing, and producer compensation functions. The role involves setting functional strategy, managing operational performance, and leading a large, multi-functional organization through its leaders. Responsibilities include establishing performance and service metrics, driving organizational change and technology-enabled transformation, and maintaining effective controls, compliance, and risk management in a regulated environment. The leader will also collaborate across business and operational functions to strengthen service delivery and support policyholders, beneficiaries, advisors, and distribution partners. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related operational environment, including experience leading leaders and complex operations. Relevant functional experience, a record of building KPI frameworks and governance routines, and experience managing budgets, forecasts, workforce plans, and vendors are required. Applicants should demonstrate expertise in operational transformation, leadership development, compliance, risk, and business continuity, along with strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
