Vice President of Finance Greater Charlotte, NC Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead strategic and operational financial functions and partner with executive leadership to improve profitability and support sustainable growth. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role also manages cash flow and capital planning, develops financial models and performance dashboards, and strengthens internal controls. The Vice President will lead the finance team, improve systems and processes, and support acquisitions, new service launches, and multi-entity operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; a CPA is preferred, and an MBA is an advantage. At least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience across public and private sectors is required, along with deep knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, multi-entity reporting, and strategic financial leadership. The role calls for strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills, as well as experience collaborating across sales, operations, and customer success. Background in property management, professional services, or financial services is preferred.
