Associate Managing Director

The Company is seeking an Associate Managing Director to help drive advisor growth, development, and retention. The role partners with senior leadership and recruiting teams to attract experienced financial advisors, build candidate relationships, and support successful hiring and transitions. Responsibilities include coaching advisors on practice growth, financial planning, investments, and business development; supporting onboarding and productivity; and strengthening engagement and retention. The Associate Managing Director also uses market intelligence and performance data to inform strategy and advance business priorities. Candidates should have significant experience in wealth management, financial services leadership, advisor development, or advisor recruiting, with a proven record of attracting experienced advisors. Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, advisory platforms, and practice management is required, along with excellent analytical, communication, coaching, relationship-building, and execution skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as are Series 7 and 66 registrations and professional designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU. Series 6 and 65 registrations and a Life and Health insurance license are required.
