Executive Director Greater Cleveland, OH Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee member services, wellness, operations, child care, facilities, programs, and administration. The role includes advancing organizational priorities, leading day-to-day operations, and managing budgets and performance goals. The Executive Director will cultivate an advisory board and support fundraising, build community and stakeholder relationships, and improve programs and services through ongoing feedback. Responsibilities also include recruiting and developing staff, strengthening member experiences, and ensuring facilities and equipment are safe and well maintained. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least five years of management experience; nonprofit experience is also preferred. Candidates should have experience managing budgets of $1 million or more and a record of delivering strong constituent experiences, measured through growth, impact, and satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence. Relevant capabilities include program delivery, membership systems, facility management, volunteer development, fundraising, financial stewardship, and collaboration.
